The ‘Telling Our Stories’ team worked with volunteers from the ‘Caistories’ project in a day of workshops, held in May 2013. The event focused on oral history interviewing, ways of presenting and organising histories, and techniques for filming story-telling. Workshops explored the practical skills and techniques involved in oral history work, together with the protocols and procedures which help in carrying out projects. The day was warmly hosted by Caistor Arts Centre, an ideal context for some very lively debates. Thank you to everyone involved in making this a very enjoyable day.
